Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are at least 75% full, and include your printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
